Professional service that produces accurate, cost effective, existing building documentation. Providing a variety of outputs from a basic floor plan to a detailed 3D building model. Our service is provided in the contiguous lower 48 states, Hawaii, Alaska, All Five U.S. Territories, Canada, and Europe. Please contact us if you have a project location outside of these areas.

Plans are derived from laser measured data taken on-site of an existing building and then delivered to our clients in AutoCAD DWG and PDF formats.

Services can be custom tailored to fit your project specific needs. Having current accurately measured building plans is critical for any real estate owner, architect, engineer, or contractor; for calculating rentable areas, construction and remodel projects, marketing material, building operation use, and due diligence investigation for investment purchase and sales.
